What We Did:  JD White & Associates, Inc. conducted a two part review that focused on: revising the organization’s compensation structure to ensure it was marketplace competitive; and developing a new performance evaluation system.

JD White & Associates, Inc. first conducted interviews and focus groups with management and staff to understand their perspectives and collect their recommendations for how both the compensation and performance evaluation programs could be improved.  We then developed a new salary band structure and placed all employees in the appropriate band.  Finally, we developed a new performance evaluation system that focused on: linking individual and organizational performance objectives; and stressing ongoing learning and professional development.
