The Founder and President of the company is John D. White, Ph.D. Dr. White has over 25 years experience in Human Resource management. Before starting JD White & Associates, Inc. in 1995, Dr. White was Vice President of Human Resources for BDM Federal, a government contractor and information technology company.
Dr. White is a regular speaker at Human Resources forums. He has addressed the National Conference of the Society for Human Resource Management, the National Conference of World at Work, and a number of human resources and business organizations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and across the country.
Dr. White received his B.A. from Hope College, and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Syracuse University, where he studied statistics, logic, and philosophy.
